The decree shall enter into force 90 days after its publication in the Official Gazette (ie 28 July 2011) with the exception of Annex III, which is already in force.
In particular, the Decree 11 April 2011 the Ministry of Labour in their attachments governs the following matters, in addition to citing articles in six previous responsibilities and procedures for initial and periodic inspections:

Annex 3: How to enable, control and monitoring of the subjects listed in Annex I
Annex 4: Cards
Pursuant to art. 71, paragraph 11 and 12 of Legislative Decree 81/08., In fact, the employer must submit work equipment listed in Annex VII to periodic audits to gauge the actual state of conservation and efficiency in terms of security, with the frequency indicated in that Annex.

The provisions of the Decree of 11 April 2011 shall apply to the following types of equipment, which divides into the following groups:

a) Pressure equipment:
1. Vessels containing fluids with pressure greater than 0.5 bar
2. Generators of water vapor
3. Superheated water generators (1)
4. Piping containing gas, vapors and liquids
5. Heat generators fed from solid fuel, liquid or gaseous fuel for plants
central heating systems using water under pressure takes with water temperature
not exceeding the boiling temperature at atmospheric pressure, having potential
global outbreaks than 116 kW (2)
6. Furnaces for the chemical and allied industries
b) Sets: assemblies of equipment by a manufacturer CE certified as sets
according to the legislative decree n. 93 of 25 February 2000
