The agreement covers equipment work for which special approval is required from operators and procedures for the recognition of that qualification, subjects trainers, duration, and addresses the minimum pre-training in implementation of . 73 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/08. The equipment which require a specific qualification of operators are:



Mobile elevating work platforms

Tower cranes

• Mobile crane

• Truck mounted crane

• Self-propelled forklift driver on board, including even the forklifts

• Agricultural and forestry tractors

• Earth-moving machinery

• Concrete pump
