| After nearly three years of waiting, have been approved agreements relating to the State-Regions safety training specified in s. 34, paragraph 2 (employer RSPP) and Art. 37, paragraph 2 (workers, managers and supervisors) of D. Decree no. 81/08. The agreements define the duration, content and methods of training to play. The main change concerns the identification of training time according to the risk of the business: low, medium, high.
